Initial manufacturing costs that are excessively high often give the fatal blow to the conception of new products. The problem is that expected sales figures can only be estimated with great difficulty. For this reason, co-operation with us can be of particular interest for customer-specific industrial housings. We manufacture industrial housings using a full range of processes.
We supply housings made using plastic injection moulding, extruded aluminium sections, light alloy die-casting or sheet metal. The crucial advantage is created by our low tooling costs - see also the GWP advantages.
You can, for instance, order a housing, customised to your requirements, in which aluminium sections (for the body) are combined with die-cast parts (the cover). If necessary, we can supply the rubber seals at the same time.
There are numerous examples of it: diode housings, dispenser housings, filter housings, fan-casings, gearbox housings, battery housing, shielded enclosure, DIN rail enclosures or casing seals, front foils and foil keyboards.
Common surface treatments, of course, are also included in our repertoire: screen printing, tampon printing, powder coating, EMV- and ESD-coatings, anodising, sandblasting, lettering, signs and labelling.
