We turn, mill, grind etc. parts made of brass, steel, aluminium and plastic. On request, we can also use special materials.
Small parts: min. diameter: 2 mm - max. diameter: 35 mm; max. length 70 mm; recommended minimum batch size: 3000 off
Medium-sized parts: min. diameter: 10 mm - max. diameter: 60mm; max. length 150 mm; recommended minimum batch size: 1000 off
Large parts: min. diameter: 12 mm - max. diameter: 250mm; max. length 1,500 mm; recommended minimum batch size: 100 off
CNC milling: max. dimensions 850x650x400 mm
Conventional milling: max. dimensions 1,500x500x400 mm
CNC turning: max. diameter 450 mm; max. length 1,000 mm
Conventional turning: max. diameter 500 mm; max. length 1,500 mm
Centreless grinding: max. diameter 25 mm; max. length
300 mm
Cylindrical grinding: max. diameter 100mm; max. length 1,000 mm
